Her name is Mamaphant and she is a loving mother elephant. In four educational and interactive activities for 3 - 6 year olds, she teaches your child conscious or mindful breathing as a way to help them concentrate, relax, cope with uncomfortable emotions and enjoy life more.

Mamaphant loves to watch her breath when she dances, plays, or is angry, anxious or upset. This helps her to remain calm at all times in her life whether they are good or bad experiences.
